The M.Ed. online degree program. In Special Education or M.S. This allows people who have a degree in Early Childhood Education or undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in Early Childhood Education to meet their undergraduate and master’s degree requirements at a rapid rate. Graduates with 60 credits or who are in an undergraduate program in Education can be considered an accelerated degree.
All requirements for undergraduate and graduate degrees must be met. You can double up to 12 postgraduate credits for your undergraduate degree and M.Ed. Degree. You must submit your M.Ed. within 12 months of completion of the degree, provided that the degree requirements can be met within that time.
Teacher training programs are accredited by the Board of Accreditation of Educator Training (CAEP). The online program follows the guidelines of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).

Childhood Family Education (ECFE) is a community education program at Hutchinson Public Schools. Through ECFE, parents and children, from birth to age 5, take classes that promote mutual interaction and teach parenting techniques. Our program strives to involve parents in the education of their children from the beginning. In addition to being the first and most important teacher of children, research shows that when parents are involved, children do better later in school.
